Very good organization from my overall 18 years experience. Spent 5 years in cognizant Good culture and opportunities to learn Overall good company to learn and expereience

No fast career growth Average salary hike every year and promotion hike is also not too good I don't see any challenges apart from the above mentioned things

Once it’s been liked now it lost everything. Management team don’t care about their associates and HR/talent managers can’t even control the attrition rate they do all the false promises and then don’t even care to reach to Associates.

HR, talent management team, no proper pay structure, no proper career growth and opportunities. False promises by management and HR teams. High level management lest bothered about the ground level staff working. It’s standards are going down month by month. Freshers stay away from joining and experience ones don’t even accept any offers from Cognizant

Competitive, aggressive, multi line growth opportunities, market leader in many vertical, transparency in communication

Work life balance, cost cutting in radar, experimental learning, appraisal window keeps shifting

But if you give more importance to mental health than salary don't join this company. You are literally a slave of the client and no body will speak for you.. and if your too lucky to get a client like Novartis(pharmaceutical company) and especially get into celonis tool project then you can say bye bye to your mental health and just hug the salary you get and stay. Working hard is not the issue but the politics they play and the slavery you guys will experience is more than what was done in the colonization period. Hope everyone understands my mental health state currently and would deeply analyze before joining cognizant or Novartis.

One of the best employee centric company in service based industry, recent statements from leaders from other organisation is shameful and treating their employee as daily wage labourer but thankful to my company leadership who has great vision and decisions are made towards employee focus. Company is still following hybrid model and no fixed days yet.

Dislikes

Promotions and appraisal are not process based, frequent change in salary increament schedule are changed and also arrear are not paid for 3months.
