Initially we were very much happy to work with. However, work life balance and the amount of work is not satisfying compared to the pay. Considering the female associates wfh option should be made available which is a big drawback.

The work life balance depends from project to project and the management as per where I'm working over the past 9 years I've established good work life balance.

...e eligible the promotion is like IJP and you might have to wait extra few years. Also, the pay is never revised and is way less than market value.

1. The company provides Cab Services which is a good 2. Good Exposure to Client Side projects 3. Work from home is provided

1. No compensation is provided like fuel or petrol charges 2. Salary hike is very low as 4-6% per year 3. Work culture is not good some managers are old and don't understand and help there resources

Opportunity in Learning and development. Good and friendly managers if lucky. Salary and bonus credited in timely manner.

Dislikes

Politics. Communication gap between seniors and juniors. Weak appraisal structure. No fix time to log off. Usually have to work late.

Good work environment and culture. Numbers of Skill up programs. Teammates are supportive. Company policies are good.

Dislikes

...nity to choose their career path, the company should not impose any career path. Salary for undergraduate, specially from B.Sc CS, BCA and B.Sc IT is really low.
