...e eligible the promotion is like IJP and you might have to wait extra few years. Also, the pay is never revised and is way less than market value.

1. No compensation is provided like fuel or petrol charges 2. Salary hike is very low as 4-6% per year 3. Work culture is not good some managers are old and don't understand and help there resources

Opportunity in Learning and development. Good and friendly managers if lucky. Salary and bonus credited in timely manner.

Dislikes

Politics. Communication gap between seniors and juniors. Weak appraisal structure. No fix time to log off. Usually have to work late.

Good work environment and culture. Numbers of Skill up programs. Teammates are supportive. Company policies are good.

...nity to choose their career path, the company should not impose any career path. Salary for undergraduate, specially from B.Sc CS, BCA and B.Sc IT is really low.

I worked on contractual role., as I hired on pandamic we never worked in office., So, no comments on company environment,salary hikes,bonus and policies. For us there will be minimal job security as we're not hired for full-time. Good experience working with the team., Appreciating the support from the management and team members.
