Good, understanding manager. It brought uniformity, tolerability and mutual understanding in the group. eg Leaves were granted without unnecessary hassle, shifts could be chosen as per convenience upon internal discussions. Manager was always ready to hear out our concerns

Dislikes

poor salary and compensation and benefits. No extra curricular activities like team trips, outings, weekly small games etc. Takeda party once in 2 years doesnt count

Initially cognizant was good in all aspects. Promotion, salary, increments, work life . But now only work work without any benifits.

Dislikes

Work culture became bad after corona period. Working hours are more than 12 hrs. Constant work pressure.

Perks, Internal job posting, learning, flexible shifts and most importantly extra pay schemes

Dislikes

Nothing as such the only thing that bothers for PV specific projects are that they are at crunch and we have a limited bench period.

Good company for salary, good work life balance, but it takes time for promotion

Take times for promotion, project project peoples varies ,but otherwise company is very good ,and very strict about shift time
