Work-life balance is worst: As we do not get leaves even on the most auspicious festivals even if it is Holi, Diwali or any national festival. Skill development: Very unsatisfactory as we never came across any management who discusses such things. Wo don't even get time to complete the mandatory training. We only skip videos and use the answer that our management shares to pass the trainings. Company culture: There are some good managers and team leads out there but most of them doesn't seema to create a good culture. They only know how to spread toxicity and tourcher people. Even for one day leave or any emergency they behave like the clouds will come on the ground. Promotion: This doesn't happens generally with those who really work hard and giving their 100 percent The organisation and HR should connect individuals to know about such situations and take some hard decisions to fix them.

The night shift allowance, 6th day allowance is better than some other organizations.

Dislikes

Many things, toxic office politics, unpaid overtime, over-the-top cost-cutting practices, slow growth, biased ratings, code of conduct malpractice, biased regionalism, fraudulent HR practices etc.

What I like most about cognizant is their toxic work culture and politics. To be honest, if there were jobs offers I wud have left cognizant, unfortunately my career is losing grip because of Emi's and rent pay. They just only pay you 20k for 4 years, no promotions, no awards, no recognition and no growth. And they ( Home Managers) fake all their policies and they humiliate people in front of all the teammates and colleagues, likewise in front of 40-50 group ppls if there is work done 80/100 % and if we ask about wholesome variables pay and incentives, they forced you to go to cognizant portal and give resignation. I have every screenshot of humiliation and disrespectful and cheating of my managers and other project heads
