Well now l can say that they giving time but only thing they Don't stick to one project in one year l got changed to almost 3 projects mainly because of budget problems

I think average pay and less benefits when compared to its peer and also here paternity leave is only 5 days common atleast make it to 15 days

Nothing good about this company, worst senior management, low salary, no proper learning. HR will force you to resign due to non availability of projects.

I work at Trizetto Software Development section. Its a product based development. Good work life balance. Great compensation and benefits.

Competitive Salary for existing employees not provided. No on-site. No WFH before Covid.

Timely salary. One cognizant is fairly good portal to submit time sheet, tru time, and applying for leaves, checking leave leave balance etc.

Dislikes

The quality of work assign to the team was pathetic, we complained, but got no support from the Management at all. They don't care about anything unless you are billable, one you put your papers suddenly they will jump in and will say that we'll put your name forward for on-site, will give you this much hike, don't leave. Not a good experience at all.
