Salary credited on time. Two way cab. Large campus. Once in 6 months we use to go to trip to nearby places.

Dislikes

No work life balance. Constant pressure to meet targets. Worked overtime without any additional payment. Leads will put you on PIP if you don't meet the targets.

Benefits and salary is good. But if you are fresher then you will not get the salary as good for living

Dislikes

First they hire with wrong information and ones you get hired then they will let you know in which process they are dealing with. Second thing the notice period they will ask to serve 3 month of notice period.

Likes

As working here is quite good when your manager is cooperative. Though In previous two years work and manager both was good no complaints for them and i worked from home till now and everyone was cool.

Dislikes

Now during current project my so called manager is psycho. Here in cognizant manager also do coding but he is like only I have to do everything and he just wants credit for it. Even to other squads he is like only he is doing work. He oftenly insulted me and two other team mates. I talked with my home manager but no benefit. Only you have to suffer in that scenario.

Work life balance is good. There is no pressure on employees.

Dislikes

They will not pay correctly when your in notice period. They will cut the salary without any reason.if you ask for the reason. They will tell blaaa...bla....no proper reason will provide

Lots of project, so job security is there. Work-life balance (again depends on the client and project).

Dislikes

Extra benefits like (insurance and term insurance etc are not up to standard.) Salary hike is very less.
