Everything like no genuine appraisals, no bonus(variable pay) no shift allowance in few projects No proper communications Home Managers will get changed all the time, person won't be available at the time of need, promise made by homme manager will be moved out or you will be moving to some other projects

Job security will be there if you have good amount of experience.

Dislikes

Management is worst. They know the attrition rate and still treat the experienced resources very bad with poor compensation and bring people from outside who are less experienced for double the pay. Some of the managers don't even know what their reporters are working on and still provide rating and comments which is one of the ROFL things. Management and HR team definitely needs a change and improve in giving good benefits to existing employees.

...o company policies for leave is good. Buildings are all good and have cafeteria. Salary hikes are given every year to associates until M ( can be delayed but not skipped). Good opportunity to learn and develop skills.

Dislikes

Compensation is not as per industry standards even for critical resources. With 10years experience your salary will be lower than a 5 year experienced who joins as a lateral. Work Life balance is poor. There is lot of work from project and also there is pressure to complete learning goals which makes it very very hectic.

...fits are bit low for promoted resources when you have already reached the scale. This will hurt you a lot as you will see only designation but no salary. lol.
