I feel its good Company to work with but the only thing is you wont be recognized until you work as a lead and once you select your track its almost impossible to change it. Rest is good.

...don't think the employees are human nor machine. They worked 11-12 hrs in a day. And the salary aspect of that they give very little.I don't this Cognizant at allllllllllllll. Security of work is 0%. Management don't look over your problems at all. I am sharing my experience with them for 15 days. I worked with them only 15 days.And they fired me without any notice or any mail or anything. Why they fired me??? bcz I couldn't pickup call for a week as they create a mental pressure to me and I was suffering from depression and anxiety during the work.So I was ill that time and feeling anxious to pickup the phone of the manager(1 time) and lead (2 time).Yes I got the salary for the 15 days. They provide me a desktop for WFH without a cord which I had to purchase. Then they also didn't share the credentials with me. When I asked for they didn't answer me. Now after 10 month they asked me to submit the desktop. In the meantime they never ever asked me for that. To bring the desktop I need to purchase a table , need the internet connection and also other connections. It's OK that they feel now that they have to take it back. But when I asked for pickup they told me COVID is over so I have to go there and hand over to them. Now till the October I am unemployed. I am belonging to a middle class family. Only my brother runs the whole family.So you all say me is it possible for me to bring all stuff like monitor, cpu, keyboard,mouse with me and travel to there office by bus?? No. So I need ola/ uber and also a family member with me. Ola/ uber fair you all know . I told them that I will handover in November,2021 as I employed from October. They threatened me to take legal action. Now you all tell me what to do??? They mentally torcher me harass me fired me. Till now they doing it. And also they send invitation to attend the interviews. I appeared also in One interview but no interviewer came to take that. I wait 1 hr.

The good thing is the pay which you will get at the end of the month, if you're working in client location you get 250rs per day, the growth is depends on your rapo with your lead and manager.
