Novartis Job Offer
Hi everyone, I have 3.6 years of IT experience and currently work at a service-based company in Pune. My current CTC is 14 LPA (13.5 LPA fixed). I recently received an offer from Novartis Hyderabad as Data Analyst level 3 with a CTC of 19.9 LPA (18.3 LPA fixed). Is this a good offer, or is it on the lower side for my experience? Would appreciate your suggestions! Any answers from people working at Novartis pls ?

Dislikes

Salary package was very low and normalisation process on appraisal. They gave rating for manager friendly person. Simply said don't work only show your work for example put a work related email at midnight means manager applause u. Senior manager always save his job only. Management gave good salary for new employee but the same job done by existing employees getting 50% less salary compared to that new employee.

One thing I dislike about these companies are there is no guarantee of job security...they will pick 10/15 employees and moved them to different project within the company (internal movement)..which I think is a part of business but needs to be reviewed....

As working here is quite good when your manager is cooperative. Though In previous two years work and manager both was good no complaints for them and i worked from home till now and everyone was cool.

Now during current project my so called manager is psycho. Here in cognizant manager also do coding but he is like only I have to do everything and he just wants credit for it. Even to other squads he is like only he is doing work. He oftenly insulted me and two other team mates. I talked with my home manager but no benefit. Only you have to suffer in that scenario.
