Leadership, management is not meeting the expectations set by employees as well as clients, There's no salary hikes and promotions if one sticks to the same project. There's no learning/trainings provided for career growth

...ht difficulties to get the KT. More over the TDS deduction is a hectic process. A massive chunk will be deducted as TDS from the salary on top of other deduction like PF and professional tax. Which is very discouraging.

Long working hours, Less compensation, Poor hike, Irregular hike cycle, Terrible promotion criterias, Poor rating systems, Manager never does any work assigns all his work to others and sit idle, lots of politics while giving hike/promotion, Useless HRs, No respect to the individual, totally one of the worst companies to work for.

Work life balance is good. There is no pressure on employees.

Dislikes

They will not pay correctly when your in notice period. They will cut the salary without any reason.if you ask for the reason. They will tell blaaa...bla....no proper reason will provide

1. Salary 2. Scope to learn and apply it in project. CTS provides access to Udemy where we can enroll into courses as much as we want, but our team faced lack of opportunities to apply them in project.
