10 hours working time . Least competative salary and compensation HR doesn't respond your queries on and on multiple follow ups you get a response. No proper communication to employees if it is related salary and benefits

Work Life Balance is because you will get enough time. Job Security is there because 60 days of bench period and everyone get enough time and ample amount of opportunity to look for assignment. People are supportive at ground level

Dislikes

Politics, Favoritism. Very Poor compensation as per market. Only focus on US onsite opportunities although lots of politics behind that. No career growth also very rigid and poor management

Despite the fact that cognizant is not directly involved, the management team is the worst because I had a bad rating once and spoke with my HR about it. She said that it was illogical to claim to be able to speak Hindi, and they do not care about employees. While some employees are excellent, favoritism is a non-issue in the Kolkata office. I will not receive any better senior support that would help me start from scratch.

...a result, you will be highly appreciated with a very bad rating and feedback. 5. salary is very low and there is no hike or promotion if you are not favourite candidate of your manager

CTS provides a good work life balance and decent salary. All other things depends on the type of project which you got.

As a fresher you will be getting support projects , so be aware before choosing any project.
