good supporting colleagues and managers.I like working there but HR lied about contract and salary.Trapped by taking original certificates.salaries are given only 50 to 60 percent at pandemic time.Forget about incentives and PF and other benefits.You will never get them

...b security is non-existent, and your position could be terminated at any moment. There's a lot of pending salary, and salaries are often delayed without explanation. They deduct money for PF, but it's not deposited into your PF account. Asking questions or requesting leave could lead to termination. There are no leave benefits; even requesting a single day off requires begging, as managers often refuse to grant leave. Professional development opportunities and skill updates are nonexistent. HR and managers resort to blackmail, using bonds to keep employees trapped in virtual servitude. This company is utterly worthless, with the ineptitude of its managers and CEO being major contributors to its downfall.

Good is able to learn lot of things but you won't get salary properly.

Dislikes

Very poor management and chairman of the company. Won't provide the salary regularly what they committed to you and also PF benefits they will deduct from your salary but they will stop the process with their influence in EPFO team.
