Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

No growth opportunity

Dislikes

Everything. There is actually nothing to like about them. They will make you work and then not pay you for your work. Worst part is everything is managed by the heads so no proper categorisation. No proper meetings, no skill related training. Pathetic place to work.

Nothing to like about this worst company.

... to work. It's better to try other place than working at worst place. No growth. 18000 salary and no bonus. There will be a bond because they also know it's worst job. They did not even gave the hard-earned money of few people.
