Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

THINK YOU ARE NATURALLY BOUND TO WORK 12-16 WORKS DAILY AND EVEN ON SATURDAYS AND SUNDAYS BECAUSE APPARENTLY, THE CLIENT IS MOST IMPORTANT AND NOT YOU AND YOUR HEALTH AND NEITHER YOUR FAMILY. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO TAKE ANY WEEKENDS OFF AS THEY WILL PUT GUILTY WORK ON YOU AND WILL LURE YOU SAYING THAT YOU WILL GET ESOPS, WHICH ARE WORTH NOTHING. THE HEAD OF MANAGEMENT WILL ALWAYS SAY WE ARE WAITING FOR THE FUNDING BUT WILL NEVER SAY WHEN IT WILL HAPPEN, BASED ON IT YOUR SALARY WOULD BE TANKED AND THEY WILL MENTION THAT THEY HAVE ALSO TAKEN A PAY CUT, BUT THAT A TOTAL LIE.
