Got to learn a lot as I was thrown a bunch of random stuff all at once by the CEO under the made-up title of "All-Purpose yogi", this made me learn a lot of stuff WAY beyond the original job post but I didn't get any mentorship from anyone in the company. The only reason why I gave a good rating on skill development and learning is that the company didn't restrict me from accessing whatever resources I needed to learn and in this field, most stuff is locked behind enterprise paywall. So that's the only thing I liked working in Cognilements.

Dislikes

...here are no holidays in this company for the staff.... not even the weekends. Talking about salary, apart from a particular shareholder who didn't do anything in the company, almost all the staff had their salary pending for more than 2 months. When asked "Sir, salary kab doge?" the answer was silence and more workload. Many people had to kinda go on strike to get their past salaries done. Even after 2 years of leaving this horrible company, I am still waiting for my last month's salary even though I served my notice period and completed the handover process WITH making video tutorials for new staff, the company kept silence for months and then blamed me for losing their client while I had done more than required on my notice period and left with a working prototype of the project.

...u can get fired at any time any where. You may have to face open verbal abuse . You won't be paid on time or possibly won't get paid at all.
