They pretend to be professional but they never are. Technical support senior managers are the worst part of it. You need to work like puppets no matter what. They throw parties to people come from Bangalore who help in debugging if the issue comes at random times like 2am or so. U work like stupid, but they would fire you if they found better stupid . CEO or co founder is good and they do nothing for you. But their spoons always bend. Especially don’t trust female senior managers in support or VP level. They lie in interviews and laugh at you for the position you are hired for. If you are ready to become puppet of managers like tech support team. Best stupid place. Stay without job instead of joining them. It will save ur life in many ways. Customers from US leave them too. It’s CEO who is keeping them engaged and running business. Designated as senior manager or director in support aren’t deserved to be there. But They play with your career. Sometimes it works on friendship of friendship. Support team is totally different and yuck here. Implementation teams are given little more priority with no reason. Whatever they do, you bow to them. Cross functional team shout at you. You keep ur mouth shut. Because you are lower than them. For any issue that occurs in production, they point fingers at support. Support managers are sweating already to spot people in the shift. Uhhh. Lot of negatives. Can’t explain in words. Final words are stay away from this company if you want to build your career in life.
