...ou resign he literally threatens that you can't leave unless I ask you to leave. The salary is literally nothing and the max increment I heard is just 2000 PM after confirmation. There's absolutely zero work life balance. The seniors ? My God are the biggest blot. Literally expecting everything from you. I would ask you to avoid it at any cost.

...r. I only have offer letter as a proof that I worked there. No learning as such. When I used to pitch new ideas to the upper management, they didn't pay attention.

- Micro-management is at peak. -Non-technical person in the upper management is always found mistakes in my work, no appreciation is there. -Strict timings (8:30a.m. to 7p.m.). Generally, will go beyond that timings. People in the upper management can say whatever they feel like but when I say something then they got offended. -Inequality is at the core in this company. -No job security. Unrealistic expectations in regards to work. -Forget about work-life balance. -Senior used to humiliate me that you don't know this also, this is very easy, although I was a trainee there but the expectation from me was a senior developer. -If you do complaint to the administration then they hush your concerns. -Interaction to a person in upper management was very uncomfortable. Whenever I talked to him, the person used to check me out very badly.

Just ignore this company. They didn't have time management. They want us to value their time but they don't want to do same for us.

Dislikes

There are no time management in the management peoples. They didn't care about anything just want their work to be completed. They want us to work 24*7 if you are working from home or office for both. They will assign you the task when you are about to leave the office and boom you have to complete it in 1 hour only😂😂😂
