Environment and employee helpful.

Dislikes

Salary is too too low they give good salary to new joininer but they give increment 5 to 8% only one time whole of the year and not even give any promotion and appraisal to old employees.old employees even work on low salary and if they ask to increase salary, manager said to old employees that we give training and teach you how to do work why I increase your salary.you can go and change your job they are very rude they don't know how to talk to the employee.

There is nothing to be like in this company. Only two persons are good in this company i.e. CEO and CPO but they are inaccessible to employees working at lower levels.

...aten the employees. 2. They never understand the situations of the employees. 3. The company never discussed salaries on the basis of experience and knowledge of the employee but on the basis of there last working salary. 4. HR Policies vary from employee to employee. Managers think that employees are dumb when we join this organization. 5. No Proper policies and criteria follows during the joining and resignation of the employees, like appointment letters are not provided on time. Some resignation decisions are based on the HR Department and some based on the managers. Some taken Salary during resignation and some hold there salaries. No proper criteria follows. 6. Mainly the HR Manager seems that the employees are fool and never discussed the policies on same path when they approach to them for any issue. 7. Whenever we tried to reach HR Manager then that persons not available on there seats at a particular time like they are always on a break. 8. There are no same policies for each and every employee working in different departments of this organization. Admin Department:- 1. No proper cab facilities are provided by the company as they mentioned during the joining of the employee. 2. No proper clean water services provided by the company. 3. Cleaning services are also poor. 4. AC are not working in the departments. 5. There is no person available to resolve the issues related to admin department, either employee suffer from any major risk.

Work life balance is the only thing that keeps me get going in this organisation. Rest, I hope if they could provide a better compatible salary package will increase my years of service to this company from current 5 years to even 6 or 7 years depending upon the opportunities I get in my way during these years.

Job security was there company management is supportive but only issue with them is they dont pay as per market standard which i really did not like. Managers are supportive and no issue with leaves as well.

Job security is there and good work environment. All facilities are there. Management is also good and supporting. Even the clients are excellent.

Overall is good. The only drawback is there is no PF facilities for all employees neither expected growth in salary as well as in designation.
