Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Likes

Work environment and culture is okay but they can improve a lot if they avoid the politics.

Dislikes

There are a lot of politics management doesn't address the issues even the role of top management is really poor. Career growth is slow and they compare the senior people to junior's. There is no any training. Growth is terrible.

Manager: 1. have ego. 2. Good for nothing. 3. Can't help you on single technical issues. 4. If you oppose any of their decision you will suddenly become bad for team. 5. Only your manager is human being you are not.
