Every thing here deserves a big this 👎🏻 Means they don't no how to work and that is why the project doesn't last for long. They think they can say whatever they want to. They don't no how to trained their employees and expect a good result from them does this make a sense? . And toilets are bloody bad stinks like hell, lot of employees got down because the water they provide is not good the water coller is in bad condition. There is lot of things to mention if I, then this review will not come to his end. They also force employees to do OT which they hardly pay. Are if u don't have the no of employees then why the hell your taking projects first hire some good employees and trained them well. All I wanna say is I don't think so this company will grow in future bcz good employees are leaving already bcz of the higher authority and lack of good opportunity.

...unrealistic targets. All this happens while she takes at least 10 breaks a days. PAY ATTENTION TO THE FACT THAT THIS COMPANY IS MORE ABOUT QUANTITY OVER QUALITY and it will kill your creative horses. Coming to your job security, please don’t join this company as they will surely remove you in the blink of an eye without any prior notice or information while you are giving your best to the company. I, along with my two friends, ETHICALLY resigned, however, it triggered their ego as how can someone leave the company on their own. Hence, they stopped our full and final settlements and relieving letters as expected. They just couldn’t take it positively. My team had over 30 employees when I joined, and within a span of 8 months, out of those 30 employees, only 3 are left. They will hire you when they desperately need you at 2-3x salaries(much more than market and expected rate) and will throw you out in a jiffy when their purpose is fulfilled. This is a viscous circle of Cogito where a new set of employees are hired after every 2-3 months and this goes on and on. There is absolutely no consideration for employees. Now the facilities, you will be thrown in this hell hole to die with absolutely no basic facilities. You have to walk like 1000 miles to reach canteen which does not have basic amenities like microwave, fridge, AC, and even fan. No where in the office premises you can walk, talk, stand, or sit except canteen else guards will be behind you whistling to keep moving. You wont be allowed to move out of office once you enter the premises else you are sure to be reprimanded. Worse rules than school. There are no phones, bags, or eatables allowed in this office ( they say its because of data security) but in reality its because they don’t trust their employees and consider these things as a distraction. They simply want you to work like robots and maintain your system hours (MIND YOU NO LESS THAN 8 HOURS). Additionally, there are no lockers to keep your belongings. All you will get is a broken and shady BAG ROOM which has worn out shelves, filth, and rats roaming around. Your phones will be deposited with the guards who keep them in a wooden cupboard along with 1000 other phones tying a rubber band around them. Also, the guards have zero civic sense or they are instructed to do so. They have no manners how to talk to employees and guests. The people who come here for interviews or any other purpose are made to stand outside the gate in scorching sun as the company does not have a reception area and they strongly lack in offering basic respect and help to guests. Talking about employee value, one of my colleagues got his thumb cut due to the company’s negligence (ACs were not working for over two weeks and the whole floor had OLD SHADI VALE PEDESTAL FANS). His thumb got stuck in the wings of the fans and it was to be stitched. What a normal company would do in such case? Get him treated, pay him compensation, and provide leaves. But things were completely reversed here. He was not given any compensation rather his leaves were marked as Unpaid leaves. This is the condition in cogito. So, IF YOU SIGN UP FOR THIS JOB, I AM ENSURING YOU THAT YOU ARE INVITING YOUR MENTAL AS WELL AS PHYSICAL HEALTH ISSUES. ITS A WARNING FROM A PERSON WHO HAS WORKED HERE FOR 8 TRAUMATIC LONG MONTHS.

HONEST REVIEW EVER This is the terrible company for educated and professional employees. There is no such policy which is in interest for employees. Rohan Agarwal(CEO), Rohit Agarwal(CTO) and his father Rahul Agarwal their behaviour is like they are running some labour cheap factory. They don't know how to talk with employees and how to behave. There are three company registered under the same building 1. DPL pvt ltd 2. Cogito tech LLC 3. Anolytics pvt ltd You know this is for Taxation fraud. There is no Leave policy, No transport facility, No insurance and even no PF and ESCI. If I talk about infrastructure. Poor infrastructure. Toilets are pathetic like govt roadside toilets In monsoon entrance is like wastage ditch dump. Building roofs heavily leak in rainy season No recognition for tenured folks No increament, No bonus ( only sweets box on Diwali) Job location area is not safe. (Many times phone/chain snatched. Even parking bikes not safe there Their Senior manager Like SYED HAIDER ALI. He is islamophobic. He always support to his community people. He even don't know how to work with different operations team. He is manager but don't know how to handle clients. He trying to impress management by doing fake work/reports so that he can get recognition. Over all Guys please never ever join this company as an associate or team lead or manager. You really gonna regret in your life

It's all good untill you see yourself doing other stuff which is not related to work

Dislikes

If organisation desides to do something, then you are no one to argue it or change it, no matter it's benifits the employee or not, i have my 6 months appraisal loss Shifts getting extended without pay, you'll do the night shift and not getting allowance is normal, OT's are getting removed if login hours are not complete no matter if it system's fault or yours, senior employee behave like TL's, TL's behave like Managers and Managers are micro managing things and so on..!
