I struggled to find anything positlve about my experience. From the lack of supportive leadership to non-cooperative work culture, every aspect was disappointing. There was no transparency, poor communication, and a complete lack of recognition for efforts.

Dislikes

I am highly disappointed with the culture. Senior members like VP, solution architect and BA were consistetnly non-cooperative throughout my time there. Despite my efforts to collaborate and contribute, there was little to no support or open communication from leadership. What made the experience even worse ws the lack of transparency. I experienced a lack of recognition for my work contributions. On multiple occassions, work that was completed by me was credited to my reporting manager without acknoledgement my contribution. I would not recommend working here.

Yes, there are a few areas where Cogitate could improve. Upgrading laptops with the latest resources would be a big help. Also, expanding employee benefits—like offering better health insurance, or professional development allowances would be valuable. Additionally, VPN and DEV server access is limited for developers, and making this more accessible would streamline our work.
