Best and Excellent team member on that company, owner always with positive vibes and having huge knowledge of electrical equipments and their manufacturing.

Sometimes salary had not been credited on time but as promised by department it had to be credited given date or before date.

The best thing I liked about the company was that all the seniors were very supportive and specially my TL Uwais Khan and my manager Harish Bhati and I think this is very important to have a good working atmosphere ☺️

There is a big issue of holidays And the salary is also very low, they have stopped paying the ot fee as well

...r completing the notice period and some of them still waiting for the same . 9. Same salary to freshers and experienced person as well as same for performers and non performers .

the thing is that there is no management in the company regarding salary concern since last 4 months iam complaining regarding my salary issue but no one is listening and giving proper feedback its terrrible

There is management in the company people are working full month then also they are paid for half months only it's a pathetic service no one is ready to listen us they just need their work nothing else although on the day of interview I have told that my work is not to take calls I want to work in back office or in operation management but they told me after some months we will move you but nothing has happened is this the service and management they are having

Cogent was my first place where i worked first time and that time i do not know about how i will manage everything. But there were very supportive mentor and also our trainer. When i pick by my team that is so good and friendly. And out Team Leader also very friendly and supportive. Overall my experience is soo good and in future my pleasure to work there again. all we know about when you in a team there are some work pressure and this is not for me this is for everyone who is work with not only this organization that is happening everywhere. But when you understood about what is work and how you make easy after that time you are too smart with your work. Overall about cogent there is not anything about dislike.
