There has been nothing I like about Content Minds. If there had been a rating of 0, I would have opted it. Pathetic organization Structure and management system.

Dislikes

Director always assigns overtime on Saturday Sunday and didn't even counts it in working. Director & Head Management can even call before or after office hours, failing to attend the offtime calls can lead to warnings. No incentives & renunciation of overtime & extra works. You have to be 24*7 available, otherwise you may get termination threats.
