Poor salary hike, they don't have opening for promotion, staying in the ODC even when there is no work, to show off other department that we're loaded all the time. For all of these they play with the mental and physical well being of their employees. Absolutely wrecked transport facilities, the admin team is unsupportive,rude and mannerless. HR has no value.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is also very bad , career growth is slow. You need to serve a notice of 2 months and between these two months they will treat very bad ,changing shifts , poking, interference in personal life n all ,On the job training is not given to new joinees. Management is very bad from floor coach n manager to HR all are doing politics and if you will not support them in bad things they will find options to kick you out.

Overall work life balance was good. Canteen is there for food (paid) on greater noida location. Lush green campus. Atmosphere is quiet good.

Dislikes

Offers no benefits for free. Everything is paid here including Cab, food, Life insurance, medical insurance which most of the companies offer free of cost. No Appraisals or very low appraisal (2%). In market, they are showing that they are cruising in terms of growth but the harsh reality is that they are cutting off the employee benefits and appraisals and showing their increased revenue out of it. They have imposed charges on their in-campus facilities like food, cab, etc. Even the night allowance have been halved recently to increase their profits. Not recommended now.

I liked the work culture and safety of women for few years. There was job security but in the later part from 2016 onwards work atmostphere became horrible. I liked working only for 5 days that was the best part of the company.

Coforge is one of the best places to work as it is employee centric and keeps its employees ahead of anything else, there are a lot of learnings that I got on our learning platform that helps me in upskilling myself in order to grow professionally. During the COVID crisis, the organisation has been very supportive and has supported us in the best possible manner. There are numerous growth opportunities and the management tries every possible step to carve the same. Employee engagement aspect has always been taken very critically and has never been given a backseat even during these tough times. I am blessed to be part of this esteemed organization. The management is ethically very strong and ensures client satisfaction remains our ultimate motto.
