Coforge offer on hold
I recently had an interview with coforge and cleared first round, after my second round, only after I asked update, I got email from coforge portal page to upload BCG and fill personal information and status is shown as screening, from then, no response from HR for my calls or emails, no confirmation if it's positive, reject or on hold. Can anyone let me know what's going on, is it on hold ? Did anyone had gone through this same situation?

...ed here for past three years without any good career growth skills. 6. People who just want salary on every month this place suits you. Note: all this issues was faced by each and every employee left from this company especially from OPI department And the above mentioned statement bribe has happened in this department. I am not sure about other department. If any HR from the Coforge bps see this request you to take silent action and know what is happening in the department. Let the current employees be happy…

Well there is not much work pressure and you can get 2 days off Saturday and Sunday

The pay is horrible and not at all good they don't pay correct salary and will say that they will compensate and then credit and again cut the salary the night shift allowance is just 60rs per day for full complete night shift and won't get good incentives not at all suitable for freshers. I would not recommend this organisation for freshers as the pay is low and may affect theri future payscale Also the hike is very low for both freshers and experienced.

Dislikes

Senior management culture is very poor. They are busy with their promotions and own business. If required they will push all blame to junior to play safe side game. You will get good words but not increment. Never you will get opportunity. Just for eyewash they will give you unproductive trainings but you will never get any opportunity. Lot… lot… lot..of things dislike
