Package, campus and its culture. I enjoyed working there for 4 years, people were amazing with good supervision.

Till the time NIIT Technologies logo was there this Company used to be a employee centric company but when the rebranding took place it became terrific, no work life balance only they are all running after business thats where coforge loosing everything now. I hope things will change if better management and leadership joins.

Good company. Teammates are good and supportive. There is huge cafeteria. Gym facilities is available with few less charge amount. Salary on time. Transport reimbursement amount is best. Both side cab.

...and the management doesn’t address our issues with transparency and equality. Salary structure low. They can decrease your package. My salary change or decreased when i ask reason they said we are deducting for medical insurance purposes. There is bond policy for trainees. Process training tenure is very less. After 1 or 2 weak they move Me full production. Target and error session is long without any downtime. If work volume high the forcefully calls for stretch and if target is high then you need to ready to work on weekends to achieve your monthly targets without any OT or incentive. Manager talks unprofessional way with employees. Trusty PF Account not smooth and easy to withdraw in emergency time. 2 months notice period is very terrible policy if you are looking another job or wants to switch. FNF team mostly sends recovery letter to get experience letter. If you’re thinking to join this organisation for job security and career growth then i will advise you please change your mind. Really it’s one the worst organisation and experience of my life. That’s my personal feedback which i felt while i was working .

Senior management culture is very poor. They are busy with their promotions and own business. If required they will push all blame to junior to play safe side game. You will get good words but not increment. Never you will get opportunity. Just for eyewash they will give you unproductive trainings but you will never get any opportunity. Lot… lot… lot..of things dislike
