Everything right from onboarding to exit . Such a blady useless management and have no idea and budgets . When hired don’t have next steps what to do .. full of politics and blame game . Based on some Feedback they stick to it .. as if they are very Mr. Prefect . Full of micromanaging

1.Got multiple challenging opportunities to excel in Project management area . 2.Got good stakeholder experience while executing pega projects with critical clients 3.Got good exposure towards team management , conflict management and their performance management too.

... reasonable increments after all waiting for entire year post ACE evaluation. 2.More act ive HR initiations /HR processes are required along with supporting on employee salary concerns which is average now. 3.we should get more onsite opportunities for PM and above roles which is having less scope here

The work life is OK. Trainings are arranged. The campus is beautiful, transport services are best, food is good. Company is best for female employees.

Dislikes

Appraisals are very bad specially for bootcampers. Atleast pay enough so that they can stay here for long and there is some sort of motivation to stay in the company

...company. One gets to learn a lot. But the growth opportunities are very limited. Also the salary they pay for the kind of hectic job we do is exploitative to say the least.

HR's are worst fellows, weekend works, no perks, basic pay of salaries are very less, reductions in variable pay, lot of politics. The events which are conducted will be in a worst way, they wont even provide atleast good food at that times.
