Paid Cab which was earlier paid by company only. Company is located is far remote area and suddwn policy change to pay for cab. Even you take cab foe a day in month you have to pay for full month. VC A+ rated people get 30-35% of VC payment. No take break policy, no Bday Anniversary benifit. All withdrawn by company. Many more

Senior management culture is very poor. They are busy with their promotions and own business. If required they will push all blame to junior to play safe side game. You will get good words but not increment. Never you will get opportunity. Just for eyewash they will give you unproductive trainings but you will never get any opportunity. Lot… lot… lot..of things dislike

Good package compared to other companies

No job security. Just like a resource supplying company to their clients. Management people will not be able to understand what kind of work their resources are getting assigned. Irrespective of their skills and background, they will ask you to work on any technology. And they will escalate if we can not learn and super perform within very short period in the assigned technology. Don't expect anything like culture or anything like other MNCs.

Ready to take skilled employees for any cost, so you get in with a very good pay. Management circle is small, your work will be visible even if you just reach to TL level and team members also recognised and awarded. Recent attraction is they gifting an iPad to all the employees since they have crossed 1 Billion revenue mark.

As in every service based IT, variable pay and appraisal hike, can’t expect it to make a difference in your income. If you’re not speaking Hindi, chances are there it will be notified to you.
