Absolutely nothing. The only 'good' thing about Coforge is that they probably will give you a good package while joining, but that is because either nobody joins their company or whoever joins, plans on leaving it soon enough.

Dislikes

Poor management skills, especially in SEI project. Beware! If they mention SEI as your project, don't join the company. Absolutely no respect for Bangalore employees. All the events happen in Noida/Gurgaon. You have to beg for team lunches or team dinners, for a measly 500 Rs reimbursement. Forget about team outings. Extremely poor organisation, it won't stay for long.

Likes

Company culture, learning, salary are good. Cloud migration projects are lined up. Work life balane is good except for enforced project timelines.

Dislikes

Tech stack may need to shift as per higher level directions. May get difficult if you are not exposed much to quick development/debugging modes. Additional work allowances are very bad. Promotions will be for excelled people only.

No job security no appraisals no employee engagement. Salary below average consider penny. No much pf contribute. HR policies worst. They make use of you and throw once the appraisal are comming near. To save money

No work life balance, employees has to work 12 to 14 hours per day for 5 days a week and even some time need to work on weekends as well which put a lot of work pressure.
