Senior management culture is very poor. They are busy with their promotions and own business. If required they will push all blame to junior to play safe side game. You will get good words but not increment. Never you will get opportunity. Just for eyewash they will give you unproductive trainings but you will never get any opportunity. Pay scale is very less when compared to other companies. Absolutely no job security. Even if you do things right and your manger dislikes you. Next day he can terminate you even without giving notice or compensation.
