Senior management culture is very poor. They are busy with their promotions and own business. If required they will push all blame to junior to play safe side game. You will get good words but not increment. Never you will get opportunity. Just for eyewash they will give you unproductive trainings but you will never get any opportunity. Lot… lot… lot..of things dislike

Ready to take skilled employees for any cost, so you get in with a very good pay. Management circle is small, your work will be visible even if you just reach to TL level and team members also recognised and awarded. Recent attraction is they gifting an iPad to all the employees since they have crossed 1 Billion revenue mark.

Dislikes

As in every service based IT, variable pay and appraisal hike, can’t expect it to make a difference in your income. If you’re not speaking Hindi, chances are there it will be notified to you.

They will hire you with good package after 4 months they will just call you and say project got wrap up. And for same position they will hire other person on less package. Worst organization and their clients are also Worst.

Your input or hard work will be theft by your seniors. End of the day they show your input 'Zero' (Even you have less interested with your day to day job) to senior management. If you have sufficient channels then this is the best company for you.

...ch with your manager then you will not be promoted no matter how much you work. Further salary hike is slow.
