VC A+ rated people get 30-35% of VC payment. No take break policy, no Bday Anniversary benifit. All withdrawn by company. Many more

Good package compared to other companies

Dislikes

No job security. Just like a resource supplying company to their clients. Management people will not be able to understand what kind of work their resources are getting assigned. Irrespective of their skills and background, they will ask you to work on any technology. And they will escalate if we can not learn and super perform within very short period in the assigned technology. Don't expect anything like culture or anything like other MNCs.

The only thing that is good is that the salary is good and the gifts they send on a yearly basis

Everything, the people are toxic, the culture is toxic. Even thr client things that we are a joke and treats us like paid labors and not as consultants.
