This is the best company that I have ever worked for. You are given so much free hand on day-to-day decisions and client management, at the end of the day you really feel like you are contributing towards the big picture and not just a worker-ant in an anthill.

The salary could be a bit more.

Company culture is good, HR and higher authorities are easily approachable

Dislikes

No good projects, very short duration, we are pushed to learn new languages as per project and that screws because you will be judged based total experience rather than language experience. HR's are rude and unqualified

Excellent flat culture, easy communication & they are a people first company, they love pampering and spoiling their employees!

Dislikes

Overall it's a pleasant experience, they offer decent hikes every year, however, they love their developers more than their product managers/business analysts (in terms of salaries, hikes & perks offered)
