There is no salary benefit as the company release the Allowance after every 4months from the date of submission of bills and also the same is not sure as you will receive the full amount raised or as per company norms they will deduct the amount as per their interest. Company work culture is also not much good as you will not get appreciated for your work and will be assigned more work to you. Company will pressurize you to do system work and field work both in the same time and if you work extra for long hours company will not see that they will only look there work is been completed or not if not they will scold you.

The company is open to grow in your career growth for freshers and adopt the new ideas. I love the fact that I am part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is too slow. Higher management (like Regional manager) will do lot of work pressure.

Good Brand Identity and recognised by everyone. Also compensation provided is good. Overall good company to start as fresher as we get to know all facets of sales and marketing.

Sometimes hectic as we have to work extra hours other than that no cons.

Salary structure was very low at west bengal (Kolkata area) service technician job role,vs another vending company

Many more rules are there for daly work but when time to pay of our salary & expenses then rules are gone.

It's a good company for freshers as you get to manage various things such as right from 1. Lead generation to closing of order. 2. Managing service and logistics team . 3. Managing distributors as well. Which gives you a lot of experience working here. It's a nice fmcg company to start your career. When you perform in this company you will be noticed and rewarded..
