There is no salary benefit as the company release the Allowance after every 4months from the date of submission of bills and also the same is not sure as you will receive the full amount raised or as per company norms they will deduct the amount as per their interest. Company work culture is also not much good as you will not get appreciated for your work and will be assigned more work to you. Company will pressurize you to do system work and field work both in the same time and if you work extra for long hours company will not see that they will only look there work is been completed or not if not they will scold you.

Only the salary was good, but if we see other things, anyone can easily hate the money as well. Office politics, discrimination, bad behavior was there. I liked the way they treated me by abusing and putting mental pressure at every second of the day.

Dislikes

I cannot type that much what I disliked in total. I'll provide a list of things which were terrible: work life balance, leave policy, incentive policies, leadership, management, staff, colleagues and it goes on. The hardest part was to survive there being a non-bengali, they were not even ready to treat you like a human being. Tried to adjust but they never wanted me to work there. No central management, everyone is the CEO of the company. People do whatever they want, take decision based on their ego and no one is there to listen anything.

Salary after 2 months. 50% salary from last 2 years Forgot travel Conveyance 2Rupees a kilometre, they humilate you. HR is useless

... support from management, prime example of passing the parcel. No power to HR. Salary never on time. forget bonus or variable. 95 out of 100 new employee leaves immediately within 3-4 months or 1st year. they choose to pay the bond amount which is of 2 years because the company is soo bad, well the company isn't the one to be blame. it's the management.

Coffee Day was a good company till VG Siddhartha was alive, after his death when all controversial , debt, loans come into picture , the company defaulted and now moving forward towards bankruptcy. Salary is very less compared to other brands and conveyance is very very very less(not acceptable), biggest issue salary date is not fixed usually comes after 18th of every month, conveyance please forget it, No incentives.

Salary Delayed comes after 20th of every month, no growth due to high level politics and buttering of seniors, no incentives , no sales training, Company on the verge of bankruptcy, conveyance amount is pathetic almost like 90's,, employees not even given laptops or proper desktops, Forget The Word GROWTH AND LEARNING in every aspect if joining , its a sinking ship.
