There was nothing that can be liked Also i m taking about the Bangalore head office

Dislikes

There is no worklife balance Salary is low there is no incentive Toxic culture I have worked for year there was one manager name Angshuman chakrBorty he was psychopath He slapped his boss at one office party but ccd doesn’t care about that management doesnt took any action And this psychopath doesn’t know how to do sales but still wodking as ASM Kindly never join ccd if you want a good future in sales

Working at coffee day has always been full of challenges and difficulties when it comes to Sales job.There have been leanings, and taking knowledge of the markets in terms of taking up the challenges and the seniors have been supportive and have always given the hands in learning and making it easy for the working to be done in company for any new face. They need to improve on the scale of Employee Centric as on many scales they lack the target of of keeping the employee health as a matter of concern.

Not Employee centric Not incentives based Hierarchy structure. No individual talent optimization No Team meetings and get to gathers for interaction of the employee interaction. Work pressure in offices.
