Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Dislikes

Work load on a single person is equal of two persons. I don't know why they didn't recruiting the staff to divide the work pressure from existing staff. Need to think about, currently I am working 14-15 hours a day and my work life balance is badly affected.

Non job security at all, no work culture, management has unfairness and favoring some one of choice unfairly, opposite act to the company policy and core values like Integrity, Inclusiveness, Innovation and Sustainability

No team work, no training program, no job security, no opportunity to grow, nothing, unfairness in salary/appraisal, no work environment, innovation is zero, no sustainability of job so work-life is always under fear.
