There is nothing to say positive likes in this company

They don't even pay salaries to employees properly. If any employee gets ill then also they will won't agree and stops salary. If we ask why they have stopped our salary then they just say you will be terminated, as you have not informed us, even after informing through mail. If we quit the job then they simply says your salary has been rejected and you will never get your salary. Waste of working like this companies. Has lots of work pressure. Even after doing hardwork also we won't get salary in time. And one important thing is that they call for one post for interview and sets us on another post, and they won't pay salary on 1st of every month. They will be paying on 10th that to they just pay RS 12,000 per month but we won't get full salary also some times. To give that 12,000 also those who work hard for the company sincerely and dedicated also they will feel more pain. I have worked for the whole August month but on forst week of September due to some health issues and I have been hospitalized for 3days and I didn't go to office for a week, for that also they didn't agree and didn't pay my August month salary till now. They say that office working hours are from 9:00Am to 6:00pm, starting @the time of joining they maintain the same timings as per the schedule but after one month it may takes 7:00pm or some times we need to stay till8:00pm also

1.First and main thing there is proper manager who is having professional ethics.CEO venkat sir hired a girl but she is not having any experience and she doesn't have professional ethics and she don't know how to respect the employees. If she is there is Coepd no one will survey in that company 2.They don't know how to respect the employees and coming to salary till 1 and half year they haven't hike any employee salary even if we perform well and good in any department and as per their wish they will change the designation of a employee.
