Poor Management: The management approach often feels derecognized and lacking clear communication, which can lead to confusion among team members. A more structured management style would greatly improve team morale and productivity. Sudden Layoff: The company has unfortunately experienced sudden layoffs, which have created a climate of uncertainty and anxiety among employees. This lack of transparency and communications about job security is concerning and affect overall employee trust. #layoffwalicompany HR Behavior: I have had negative experiences with HR department , specifically with [Manoj Bharadava]. His approach can be quite rude and dismissive making it difficult for employee to feel comfortable voicing their concern or seeking report. These issues significantly impact of the workplace and employee satisfaction. i hope management takes this concern seriously and work toward creating more supportive and stable workplace.
