I would not recommend this company to anyone. The work environment is Toxic, primarily due to petty politics that are deeply ingrained company culture. The owner is major source of this politics, favoring relatives employee and giving the to salary hikes or promotions while others are being laid off without any reasons. The HR department, especially manoj prajapati, is extremely unprofessional. The behavior is rude, and you can expect no proper communication or answers to your concerns. The company's policies are outdated and confusing, and the overall culture is third-rate. it's a shame, because the company has potential, but the internal issues and management's lack of transparency make it a difficult place to Work.
