have been working as a Test Engineer in this company for 1.5 years, and here’s my honest experience: ✅ Pros: ✔️ Great Work Environment – The office atmosphere is friendly, and colleagues are very supportive. It’s a good place to work and grow. ✔️ Learning & Skill Development – The company provides opportunities to learn new technologies and improve technical skills. ✔️ Proper Work Setup – Every employee is provided with a laptop and monitor by the company, which helps in productivity. ✔️ Safe Workplace for Women – Despite some past reviews mentioning safety concerns, I can confidently say that this is a safe and respectful workplace for women. In case of any emergency or personal needs, management is supportive. We have three women employees on the floor, and we all feel safe and well-treated. ✔️ Respectful Culture – The management and colleagues treat everyone with respect, and there is no gender discrimination. ⭐ Final Verdict: Overall, this is a great place to work if you want to learn and grow in your career. Despite minor issues, the positive aspects far outweigh the negatives. I would recommend this company to those looking for a supportive and growth-oriented environment.

❌ Cons: ❌ Salary Delay – The only drawback is that salaries sometimes get delayed. However, since this is a small-scale business, management is working on improving this. ❌ Communication Gap – The communication between managers and employees needs improvement. A more transparent communication system will help in better coordination.

Nothing much to like here. At one time they gave WFH but it put us in trouble.

The salary came on time only one month out I worked there. Normal date for salary was 10-14th. Twice it came between 25-28th. Lack of proper business concept. Just looking for cheap labour. Overworked colleagues who don't train you and then report that they did. No appraisals and politics which will hamper peace of mind. Experienced Dev of 10 years+ wants you to build an app over a weekend and then once you resign he will take 1 month to finish the same task.
