...no respect for employees 5) if you leave organisation after opting for buyout..they’ll trick you to opt for a salary structure they say and won’t mention the recovery amount on your fnf or salary slips

1.They provide good salary. 2. Scope of learning is more. 3. Few people are good and understands employees.

Dislikes

1. They will say 8 hrs of working but they will make you stay till 12 hrs. 2. Some of them pressurise alot to wait even if you have completed all of your tasks. 3. Work from office which is really hectic

1.Get to learn new technologies with new small scale projects 2.Work-life balance 3.Working hours are flexible.

Dislikes

...hat they hold,so even experienced people have to be in bench for long period. 2.Salary and appraisals are very poor, not worth to work for. 3.No hybrid model,no flexibility for work-from-home. 4.Wadgaonsheri office location is not accessible to people who are travelling with public transport.Not much lunch/mess options nearby.

There is nothing to like, they will not pay you and not give you work but expect you to come to office and there's a hybrid policy but for namesake, they'll never let you take one

The culture is shit, people are helpless, nobody knows anything just keeps ranting jargon. Corporate politics at peak. Make your tongue game stronger and you'll survive here, might become one of the Associate Directors.

Good to improve your skills. Good for someone joining with experience.

Dislikes

Not good for freshers. Pay is really less even after 2 years of working with company. Managers do micromanage and say they don’t. Company policies are bad.
