Nothing anymore before new directors came in it was a good place the previous director earned that respect teachers they are really good teacher selection team works really hard

they expect you to work like you don't have a life other than this, just imagine directors asking you to come to Ambitionbox and give a review hahaha just to clean up the mess you know why because they threw off people who have been working for 1 year now some people will not speak about it but they were the actually the best in that organization CEO is, In my opinion, a good guy but he does not know how to choose people who to trust properly They give you PIP just 1 week before to throw you off because they will give you unbelievable numbers Yes they internally promote managers from the team itself but then dont train them and expect these new people to guide become the leaders and calling them leaders is a bull shit when these people are scared of management and also scared of what their subordinates say they dont have conviction to stand with their words Recently they promoted alot of people to sales manager for just name sake giving people 15-20% hike in salary they tell you that you have 4 LPA as CTC but this CTC includes you share of PF and also Company's share of PF Just imagine you use to get 25k as monthly salary and now you go promoted to BDA and get 30K but actually 26k Because of PF. Just imagine you were sick in the start of the month and you did not do Target because you had typhoid for 1 week but the same month you get fired because of bad performance And after all that directors write that this place is amazing because you guys are looking it from the top of the building you have never been to our place and did sales for codingal you might have achieved heights but that does not make you leader

- you can work from home. - they have good business team and somehow they bring many students for trial from different part of the world.

- for salaries, I would give negative ratings. They are paying 180 rupees per hour for course classes. for trail class they expect you to give your time without any numeration. If students join they will pay 18 rupees, if they complete trial class they pay 50 rupees for 45 minutes work. - Even auto drivers, plumber get more money for their work for their 30 minutes and 1 hour. - they ask trainers to work on so many things without paying them. - When I was working, 90% of my internet consumption was for the company work and they don't add incentives for that. THE WORST WORST WORST company you can work for

Wonderful founders and leadership team, Fun support culture, company culture believes in empowering employees instead of just using them to get their work done. I have seen most of the folks who spent more than 1 year become TLs here, they rarely ever hire TLs and managers from outside, and promotion is given to existing employees only
