Learnings are the major factor at Codiant,nothing else i consider be good as a senior developer

Miromanaged,no event and activities,no welcome gestures to new people,extra working hours,no compensation for late hours, politics,senior junior gap, project handling gets fault that eventually had to be a burden on developer,ETC

Initially overall experience is good. Supportive team members & work culture is average.

Dislikes

Internal Team Politics,Team Leader also quite inclined to others view ,no self decision making & specially buttering members are getting so much attention & respect. HR management is poor & their policy too.... Biased nature of TL as well as HR management.
