Ohh this is tough one WHAT I LIKE ABOUT THIS COMPANY...... I say colleagues here you'll get extra motivated with less talent colleagues who will never miss a chance to pull you down like office politics does WHAT is that they just do cheap tricks to get ahead of you but suprisingly management will support them only cause they live me the office like really 12 hours a day the task which can be done in like 3 hours they take 10 hours and management be like ohhh you're my hard working employee specially if you're from their community.

Dislikes

...ay you for 8 hours ( minimum wage ) and still say we need to push our employees. And even after they will do cost cutting in everything like literally in everything from cleaning office to giving employee proper env. to work. We feel like we're working on some factory case there 30 people sitting in a single room with 2 non working ac's.
