There is nothing to like about this company.

There are numerous points: 1. Your hard work wil never be appreciated. 2. No appraisal justified from management actually there is NO management here. 3. It's not a company it's a school where you need to justify your working hours that is 8 hours. 4. If you always say yes that is in favour of the company's CEO and CTO then you are good. 5. At any moment of time if you are unable to make business for them they will kick you out on the very same day. 6. You will be directly monitored by company's CEO and CTO because they don't trust any employee in the company. 7. Everytime you will be under surveillance if you are found apart from desktop screen or keyboard you will be directly contacted by them. Note: Join this company at your own risk.

some people working are good and hardworking. location is good. and infrastructure is good.

Dislikes

its not worthy to be hard working. After forcefully or directly told by HR to quit are happier now. they are very manipulative and egoistic bosses. they will play with words and your emotion too.

1.Toxic Environment 2.People leave and join so frequently 3.So strict work Environment, people have to pause Hubstaff timer even when they go to washroom or lunch, minimum 8 hour activity you have to show everyday else they'll consider it a half day 4.Weekends are unpaid
