The co-owner of the place was bit better then the other..Atleast talked respectfully.

...ur was very offensive and talked with his employees in a very disrespectful way. Didn't allowed employees to take leaves and when they did due to sickness he used to deduct two days salary..Never promoted a good work environment. Always kept spying on employees system by one way or the other..if the employee reached office late by even 1 min half day salary was deducted.

Getting a company like CodesCastle to start your career is fabulous because you learn so much that it helps you grow and keep motivated to achieve something in your life. Once you have gotten confident in yourself you can do anything in your life. Finding such a working environment is very rare.

The leadership is excellent, they know how to take everyone together and grow together. We work like a family and work on the projects. Also focused on providing the best code and delivering the project on time. Nice learning curve that keeps you motivated

Good company which help you grow and climb the ladder. I work as a developer and a React team lead. I am enjoying my roles and responsibilities. Want to add more things in my profile and I am sure it will be possible with this company.
