I joined CodePrism as an intern. The CEO, Mr. Anupam is a very kind person. He encourages learning to younger individuals and contribution at the same time. The mentors are very kind and support you when you get stuck during development. There were no strict boundaries and most of the work was very flexible. I had a very good time learning and developing my first work experience in my career here.
