They will keep on lying to you about delayed salary. They themselves will deduct the PF and later on made up a story telling that they submitted the PF to someone and that person ran away with PF money. They will not provide you PF number as well, upon asking they will reply that "eibilak pisot, ami to asu poisa loi douri jua nae nohoi". Being a startup a company should not lie about PF ESIC. Not all companies provide PF ESIC. Also, they make you open a savings account in the name of salary account. And a lot more lies. Beware of such companies. I doubt if this is a company or a firm because they can't even register for tender projects. They always work as third party and don't even pay taxes. Freshers whenever you apply for any company please research or you will waste your time like I did.

Salary not paid on time and the salary is not paid fully. PF account is not created but the amount is deducted from the salary. No guidance received while working. Had to figure out the problem on our own and the work you do is not appreciated.

Got opportunity to deal with the clients directly and a friendly work place

No pf acc whereas pf amount is deducted. Never paying the full salary and never on time. Have to available even on holidays if needed
